The Employee Safety Check-In System (ESC) requires no new software installation or maintenance – it runs securely through a cloud-based system that is easily accessible via the website portal.
Step 1:
Employee checks-in via text or call after a field visit to confirm their safety.
Step 2:
Employees who have not checked in are sent a text and/or call to confirm their status.
Step 3:
If the employee does not respond to the prompts, supervisors are alerted immediately by text and email.
Distress Code: Employees can send a distress code at any time alerting all supervisors by email and text.
